ZOMG, zombies!

What (or who) are your five favorite monsters?
1- Zombies, they gotta come in first because they're the only monsters that are still made of pure terror to me. I sexualize them in no way, so I'm left with just fear of the horror of them. Seriously, I read The Zombie Survival Guide and I swear that I could have become scared enough to take some of its suggestions seriously. I think Max Brooks is evil.
2- Werewolves, on account of total freaky sex.
3- Witches. 'Cause I am one, and I always wanted to be a wicked one! Pointy black hat-y ones, cackle-y ones, Shakespearian ones, mythical ones, seductive ones, old skool Salem style, or real-life ones; I love me witches.
4- The Horned King in Lloyd Alexander's The Book of Three. It changed the way I saw villians, and introduced me to another country's myth which would in turn introduce me to another religion.
5- The Gentlemen from the 4th season Buffy tVS episode Hush, 'cause they're terrifying and oh-so smooth! Doug Jones plays one and that's always good!
