Hm, it was kinda my least favorite of the bunch of 'em but it's still pretty cool and it definitely confirms the crystal skulls as being a major part of the film.

I think it's fine. Of course, the fanboyz are already in a frenzy of "raped childhoods" accusations.

I've always loved that Indy/Marion pic in your avatar, though I always assumed it was a BTS pic because it ain't in the movie. Of course, it WAS in the movie, but got cut: the scene was, right before Indy scrams from Marion's bar, she grabs him by the lapels of his jacket and hauls him in for a big fat smooch.

Maybe Spiel and/or Lucas decided to cut it because it would seem too confusing -- she goes from punching the sheeyat outta him and saying how much she hated him to kissing him.

I dunno. I mean, Indy/Marion is a down-and-dirtier version of the love/hate between Han/Leia (that's why I think it's clear that Marion was created by Lucas, despite people preferring to credit Spiel or Kasdan for her creation). Those two go from fighting like guttersnipes on an iceball to smooching very hotly on an asteroid, so I don't see how it's so strange that these two obviously lusty folks would run a similar, if grittier, gamut.
