My day so far

So, I went to sleep last night with an allergy headache that could kill, with it spreading all the way down into my neck and shoulders; basically, it got to be a migraine, basically, and not even lying down was comfortable. Unfortunately, it sort of carried into today, and I was lying on the couch for the better part of the day just trying to relax. The weather's been abominable. It started easing up around afternoon and I'm cautiously optimistic that it's pretty much gone. For now.

Tomorrow is Harry Potter, finally, whooo hooo!

And I received the loveliest care package from lastwordslinger filled with all sorts of goodies! So many goodies to play with, hee! Including the wonderful Palpatine Valentines--give them to your worst enemy or the kid you just don't care so much for! xD Hugs!

My brother had them chronically when he was a kid and it was scary; they were so bad that he used to throw up. But even as severe as his were, he grew out of them. I'm just shocked by how much trouble my allergies are giving me this season; the weather's worse than usual to be sure, but really! I mean, think of that ear infection I had, too! I'm just glad this one didn't last as long as that did! 0_0

Ahahahahahaha, no I didn't see that Denethor one! If i did it would have been the centerpiece of all of our mirth yesterday! Seriously, sometimes I truly wonder what the makers of these things were thinking and remember back when I was a kid when I got the crappiest character how it made me feel! "Oh, gee. Yeah, no, I looooove Salacious Crumb! Really." Not. xP

At least now that I'm grown up, I actually talk back about it: "Dolores Umbridge? Really? Really?!" xD

Yeah, they actually sent me for a CAT scan once because my migraine was so bad, it actually made me talk funny. When the doc asked what was wrong, I told him I had a bad "haircut". At one point, I took my glasses off, thinking that'd be better, but I realized it wasn't helping and couldn't ask for them back. So I had to mime lenses over my eyes using my fingers to get mom to give them to me. Gyah, that scared the everloving snot out of her. Well, and me, too! So I know all about how scary that can be.

Salacious Crumb! I would welcome a valentine from him before Palpatine, though. :p
