Hehe, yeah, I had watched the entire...um...single season of F&G on DVD not too long before Sweets first showed up on "Bones," and when I saw him, I said, "He looks exactly the same now as he did then -- only taller!"
F&G, of course, had more than a few SW references, being as it took place in 1980.
He is a little too...sweet. And even though the show openly acknowledged that he's a Doogie Howser-ish prodigy, he just looks too young to be a shrink that the government would trust to treat the (understandably) damaged psyches of its agents. OK, OK, I know the show began while Dumbya was President, but STILL.
Or maybe I just miss Zack too. I like Sweets but he'll never replace Zack.
