Hey girl.. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. However, have you or your sister tried to get on Choices? http://www.alachuacounty.us/government/depts/css/choices/

It is a free health care plan for us here in Gainesville. The only reason I couldn't get on it was because I am a UF student. Go figure.. Give it a look, it might be able to help you guys out. :)
