Christos Anesti! Which is my family's fancy way of saying Happy Easter, Y'all!
What you may or may not ask yourself is Ghani's favorite Easter present of all time? I mean, other than the buttloads of candy? About two--three?--years ago, my sister made me a basket with the unrated DVDs of Dawn of the Dead and Land of the Dead with a card that said, "Christ is Risen, and the dead walk the Earth!" XD I love someone with the same sick sense of humor as me!
Peace, Ghani

*puts on nosy hat* Are you Greek? I remember that from My Big Fat Greek Wedding. If other cultures say that, too, I'd love to learn. :)
Happy Easter!

Granted, it really should be said on the Orthodox Easter, which is always a few weeks off, but my mom grew up in a Protestant family in Greece, so she adopted the habits of the Greek Orthodox church.
Hope you had a fab one! :-D

I'm glad I found that thread over on Horatians--I always love meeting my Hornblower buddies in different arenas, so to speak! :-D

So yeah, the Easter basket idea works for me too. :)

Someone, completely unaware of the present story, wished me a Happy Zombie Jesus Day. So I guess I'm giving off some freaky zombie vibes, heh!
