Halloweenies ahoy!
Ah the wonders of digital camera! It means I can bring you, gentle reader, up to the minute photos. Here's some Halloween fun from last night...

The pumpkins were placed by the doorway with care, in hopes that the children would have a great scare!

My first costume of the night: Padme Amidala's Lake Gown. I entered the costume contest at the community clubhouse in it. Alas, it didn't last because it has about a four foot train and became rapidly impractical to try to keep answering the beckoning of the lil trick-or-treaters with the dogs stepping on me!

Positively glowing!

Uh oh! You didn't watch the tape, did you?!

'Cos, if ya did, Samara's so coming to get you! (My sister Ann: a HUGE hit at the costume party!)

Positively Rubenesque!

At the costume party with a neighbor dressed as Professor Mcgonagall

Layin' some Halloween smack down!

Our dogs were not even immune to our Halloween madness! Here, May models her ballerina costume!

And Basho his devil costume, or, as i like to call it, the horndog

And now it's my widdle Pebbles' turn!

Posing with Pebbles in costume #2

A surprise visit from my brother and sister-in-law,
riskyfellowes and
laughingravy

Costume numero tres for me!

We're all a little mad here!

Peace, Ghani

I like how you had the dogs get dressed up, too. One thing about having a cat. Cats don't do costumes.

The second costume is beautiful and comfortable but I was just too damned hot! It was in the higher 70s and I was running all over the place trying to get everything ready and then done. So I opted to go for the third, even though it's not entirely finished yet :-)
