*hugs* I'm sorry, dear! Sleeping pills are so freakish, even the ones that they claim aren't habit forming. The sheer amount of warnings on those things worries me. I hope you're able to get on a better sleep schedule and get over this nasty feeling. You know I'm here if you need to rant. ;)
