- Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, Star Wars. The first, the greatest, the original for me. And I must say that I really wanted to pick one of the Dune sibling pairs, but it kind of felt derivative, and Luke and Leia will always be "it" for me. Star Wars is my forever love!
- Jaime and Tyrion Lannister, A Song of Ice and Fire. I'm not even sure I can describe what makes this awesome, their dynamic. Certainly not without giving spoilers for the whole series so far, ha!
- Eowyn and Eomer, Lord of the Rings. Beautiful, especially in the book. The madness that comes over Eomer when he finds her on the battlefield, think she's dead, is one of my favorite passages, and beautifully filmed if without the same importance in the movie.
- Adrian and Ambrose Monk, Monk. And, of course, Jack Jr., but he's never met Ambrose so they technically don't have a relationship, sadly. How can you not love the funny version of Sherlock and Mycroft?
- Iris and Justin Crowe, Carnivale. Gets the prize for weirdest, to be sure!
Honorables: Sonny, Michael and Connie Corleone, The Godfather; Alia and Paul, Ghanima and Leto II, Dune Saga; Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, Marvel Comics; Sam and Dead Winchester, Supernatural(seasons one and two); Victor Logan and James Howlett, X-Men Origins: Wolverine; Sookie and Jason Stackhouse, True Blood/Southern Vampire Mysteries; the Weasley siblings, Harry Potter.
