This past Sunday, my sister was featured in The Gainesville Sun. You can find the article(along with a very nice picture) here.

Admittedly, we had a bit of a giggle about the way it was written, just because it sounded like a piece of, well, press and not necessarily like Ann. But cool nonetheless!

That is amazing. Congrats to your sister! I have a good friend who has done her PhD dissertation on deaf language and culture. I'll forward this to her. I'll bet your sister will get some additional book sales out of it! :)

Heh, Ann's pride got a little wounded because every one kept telling her how cute the dogs were. That was the comment about the article: "Aw, your doggies looked so cute!" Snicker! I know, I know, but siblings, as you know, do in fact find this stuff hilarious! XP
